RBS Setup Problem

Hello,
I am having a problem with setting up the RBS in custom codes. I define my
code mask to be 3 levels. Then I go the "edit lookup table" and enter "IT"
at level 1 then 4 other departments at level 2 and then group names at level
3. Example: Info Technology (1), Network Services (2), Network Admin (3),
Network Engineer (3); Software Devel (2), Applications (3).... as so on.
Note: the number in () represent the level number.

When I finish this I hit close to go out of the lookup table and then "ok"
to get out of the RBS.

Problem: When I come back in later in the day I only have level 1 and 2.
Level 3 entries are gone. What am I doing wrong?

What Service Pack do you have on Project Server? This was an issue before
SP1, and also in SP2, which was replaced with SP2a.
