Re-installing Outlook 10.4712.4219 SP2

I've been having a problem for a while now, that the MS
techs cant seem to figure out. My "Outlook Send/Receive
Progress Window" keeps popping up when it checks email,
even when the DO NOT is checked. It also is not popping
up every 6 mintues, as I've set it to. It is doing it
randomly, which is usually every 30 seconds or so.

I guess my only option is to re-install Outlook. I need
to know the proper procedures for saving my address book,
folders, calendar and rules and email setup. Where
exactly do I go?

FILE(S)
In Outlook:
Tools>Options
'Mail Setup' Tab
'Data Files' Button
You will see the Name of your Personal Folders File
All of your Folders are in this File!
REINSTALL
In Outlook; Help>Detect and Repair (Will 'repair' Office)..
Have your Office CD ready.
UPDATE
Go to Office Update and re-apply patches etc
