Re sizing a photo

I scanned a photo and need to reduce it size wise to enable attaching it to
an email.

Hi ,

Google for PowerTools for Windows which has such a facility, However, this
newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project. I
suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with Windows
problems.

You have posted your question to a newsgroup specifically for Microsoft
Project, a project scheduling software. You may have better luck posting to
a newsgroup like the Image Composer newsgroup.
