Reactivate Office members on new computer

My old computer died. We are trying to reinstall Office 2003 members on the
new computer, but it won't reactivate or give me the phone number and
installation id.
What do you suggest, please? Thanks, Anita Allison

If you had a trial version, you will not be able to re-activate.
