Reactivation after a clean install

My apologies if this is in a FAQ, but I can't seem to
find any information on this. My HD crashed and I've had
to re-isntall Office 2003. After I inser the PID key it
asks me to activate the product. If I select to do this
online, a D-box informs me that I have already activated
the product and activation does not complete. Do I have
to call MS to re-activate Office? Surely MS has thought
about such situations and provide a way to do this online?

I've tried online help and they send me back to the OEM.
However, since this is an activation, the OEM has told me
to contact MS.

Anyone have any information on how to handle this?
