Read Only Files

I just converted to PPT 2003 and have <ONLY> a few files that are coming up
as Read Only. I did not mark them as Read Only, and previous versions of PPT
can still open and edit the files.

When I open the files, I'm notified that they are Read Only, and I cannot
Save As or bypass the Read Only in any way that I've been able to find.

These files were saved with embedded fonts (due to mass circulation issues),
and I really don't want to have to re-create them.
