After you turn caps lock off, all you need to do is insert blank pages where
you want the existing pages to be. Then copy and paste from the existing
page. After that's done, delete the original pages or you could copy the
pages to a new document in the order you want them to be. Pub2003 fixes this
little problem and allows rearranging of pages.
