Rebooting Office Issues

I am currently experiencing issues with corrupted regestry keys on my
computer due to unauthentic hardware, so am having to reboot my entire
computer and reinstall everything. I wonder how this will effect my office xp
package. I still have all the original disks but am afraid of registeration
issues and not being able to use it again.
I have tried to uninstall Office off my computer so I can put it back on
later, but due to the corrupted keys, am unable to do anything.
Can I just reboot my computer and reinstall and activate like I did when I
first bought the Office package or is there a website where I can de-register
first??
Please help with any of the above problems I am having as there are many!!
Thanks.

I wonder what 'unauthentic hardware' means.
You havent being using win update for drivers I hope?

Provided you have the Office and other cd's together with their keys, simply
Format/Recover your PC to origonal specs and once win is updated install
Office, and Activate. If you are unable to activate on line simply use phone
method, and explain if neccessary.

I'm not sure what a win update is but I bougt a cable to connect a phone to
my computer and it wasn't supported by Nokia. I have rebooted and reinstalled
Office now and everything is fixed and fine!! Thanks heaps.
