received emails now don't appear in Outlook - only on website.

Since signing up for Office Outlook 2003, received emails do not appear. I
can only access them by going to homepage on the website. Can you help?

What do you mean "signing up" for Office? Have you actually installed Office
with Outlook & set up your accts in Outlook using the settings from your ISP?
If you are referring to Outlook Live from MSN, get help from MSN Support.
