recieving and sending mail with different email accounts

Dears
I have the following question?
I have 2 email accounts running in outlook, at this point you have the option which account you use for sending your mail, this is all clear to me,

when I send my mail with account A en I get a reply back from the person I contacted is there a way to tell outlook that he has to send the reply by using the same account A

no this is not the case
I have indeed 2 email accounts in outlook,(Account B is standard Account A is second account) and this is what I try to achieve :
I send a mail to you through account A
you reply using the email adres provided by me which is equal to account A
I want to send a reply to you without reselecting account A
is this possible?
