Reconciling Actual Costs

My company has an external application tracking actual billings for each
project. Is there a way to 1) modify the Budget Indicator formula to use the
actual billings figure? 2) Establish an enterprise code in the Project Info
area that allows the PM to update the Actual billings figure on a monthly
basis?

HCLIFF,
This question would probably get a better response if posted to our
sister newsgroup, microsoft.public.project.server. This newsgroup is
dedicated to the stand alone version of Project.
