recording login nam

I want to store the log in name or 'created by' and time
of entry for records inserted by different users. Can you
kindly help me how I can achieve this? Subrahmanian

All data entry and editing should be done using forms. Forms and controls
have various properties and events that allow you to store particular values
in fields in tables. You can use the Before Update event to set the values
of text boxes bound to a user login and a date field.
