Recover Deleted/Erased Mail

I reinstalled Outlook only to find that all my previously
downloaded email has been deleted. My Inbox was empty. Is
there a way to recover the old email.

missing .dll files. Before I formatted the C-Drive, I
saved my mail to an external zip drive. How do I transfer
the files back into Outlook Express, Version 6.0?
