Recovering Outlook info

I recently upgraded to XP. I backed up all of my files
before starting the process. I had to do a complete
install which wiped my disk of all previous info. I am
now trying to get my backed up Outlook and Outlook
Express to re-install along with my address book and e-
mail backups. I can not get either. How do I recover this
backed up info?
