Recurring task

I have created a recuring task for daily meeting of 1 hr, other than this i
have some normal tasks which after linking them predict a project closure
date, but after i have entered the recuring task for daily meeting of 1 hr
my project closure date is not changed at all , so how should i create
recuring task which will update the global schedule. or should i give any
predecessor?

deepak,
Let me guess, you linked the "normal" tasks to the recurring task
summary line, correct? This is bad practice and doesn't give you what
you want (See FAQ 48 - Summary task linking on our MVP website at:
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm)

Expand the recurring task so it displays each individual meeting. Then
link the follow-on tasks to the appropriate meeting.
