Reformatted Computer, Trying to restore account

Hello,

I recently reformatted a computer and reinstalled groove 3.1a. I'm trying
to get access to my account again. I first tried to sign in using the user
name and password, but it couldn't find it in the groove networks. Then I
did a search for the account ending in *.grv, log in, but it gives me a
message saying that the account is "too old?"

Is there a way where I can update the account profile?

Also, is there a way where I can move accounts from 1 computer to another??

Thanks for the help

Dear Angie,

According to your descirption and based on my experience, I afraid that you
account has been expired. Please understand that if the .grv file is not be
used over 60days, then this backup file will be thought as the expired and
then your account will no longer to be restored. So based on this situaiton,
you'd better contact your sale and then reapply a new account to replace this
expired one.

For your second question, we can refer to this kb to use groove on multiple
machine.

Thanks Gell for the answer.

A couple more questions:

say when you initially set up your groove account, at the end of the account
set up, it says, "Allow Account Login on Other Computers." If you do not
check that box at the end, can you still access your account from different
computers?

Also, how do you delete a previous groove account?

Thank you so much for your help!!
