reinstal MS Office 97 Pro stops at 60%

We formatted my hard drive to get rid of a lot of stuff and when I try to put
my MS Office 97 Professional back in it hangs up on Winword.exe every time.
The computer is mine and the software is mine. It was in there before. What
can I do beyond buying a new $400 + program.

But is this a retail version or an OEM version of the software? If it's an
OEM version, are you putting it back on the same computer as it originally
came installed on?
