Reinstall office upgrade after uninstall old computer

I uninstalled and I am trying to reinstall my boxed office 2007 upgrade onto
my new machine. My product key does not work. I don't want to buy another
copy.

PID doesnt work or no qualifying application?
Doesnt work means its not accepted?
Missreading O/0 - 8/B etc?
