Reinstall Office without preferences/settings

D

Donn

I am having problems with Word 2003 ap opening slowly as well as files.
Reasonably fast machine and other aps open and run fine. It does open ap and
files fine using "winword.exe/a" in RUN.
I did a complete uninstall and reinstall which I thought would surely solve
the problem. NOT. Same as before...however, I noticed all of the old options
I had used were still there (such as my old manually entered autocorrect
entries) which makes me wonder if some setting I inadvertently made to cause
this is also still there. Is there a way to make a clean reinstall with none
of the old settings there? Or can I remove without reinstall? Any other
suggestions?
Donn
