REinstalling Microsoft Office

I have been using microsoft office 2003 for months now and now everytime the
comp boots up it goes to the windows installer and then says "the feature you
are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable, click ok or
enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package
"512124.oulfltr.msp" in the box below" It also wont let me uninstall and
then reinstall, if I go to prpoerties it says its read only but when I
uncheck read only it goes right back to being read only again. I am stumped,
I cant find the file on the office disk. ANy ideas please??? I really need
to get office back as soon as possible. Thanks for any help out there.

The file is on your hard drive in the folder MSO Cache (hidden) in the zip
L2561403.CAB.
