I am trying to repair a installation of Office 2000 due
to General Mail Failure errors.
When I run the repair/reinstall, it doesn't fix the
problem.
So, I uninstall and reboot then try to do a "fresh"
install only to find out that all the settings from the
previous installation are still in place.
How do I need to go about getting a good clean uninstall
so I can do a nice new install again? Could it be a
registry issue?
