Reinstalling Outlook 2002

I received Outlook 2002 with my new iPAQ handheld. I
installed Outlook 2002 and it all worked great. After a
couple weeks, something happened with Outlook 2002 where
numerous Draft folders were appearing. I decided to
uninstall Outlook 2002. When I reinstall it, I get the
message that it was installed successfully but it doesn't
actually get installed on my PC. The only thing I find
installed is this new folder called Office Tools which I
do not need.

Can someone explain to me how I can get Outlook 2002
reinstalled on my PC?
