Remote linking of MS Access Application with MS Access DB

Hi,

I have an MS Application that links to DB on a LAN on the
Server. I now want to put the DB on a web server and
want to remotely link my MS Application to the DB. Can
anyone help me in suggesting a solution?

I need to have the DB on the web server, since I am
populating that DB through online forms.
