Remove from Micosoft email list

How do I remove myself from microsoft's auto spamming
after posting on this newsgroup. I put my email address
in the available space, and now I recieve 10 - 15 emails a
day with MS updates and other unknown emails. Any help
would be appriciated.

The mail is *not* coming from MicroSoft, so there is no remove function.
You are being sent false emails from computers that are infected with Swen.
Hundreds and hundreds of posts about it in this newsgroup. Look at a few.

only 10 to 15? Consider yourself lucky. There is nothing you can do now,
when posting to usenet never post your real email address. Do something
like this:

jay6 at cox dot net

jay6NO*[email protected]

so the spammers can't extract your real email address. Even that is not
always foolproof.
