remove office 2003 replace with office 2000

I loaded Office 2003 on my computer and wish to go back to my old Office
2000. How do I remove 2003 and replace with 2000 without loosing anything
from Outlook, etc.?

Depends;
If you created an OL2003 unicode format pst, you need to create an old
format pst then copy data across to this.
Then uninstall and reinstall Office2k.
If OL doesnt connect with the pst, File/Open/pst and browse to it
