No - you will need to uninstall it on the first PC and install on the
second. If this is only the second activation of the product (and it is not
an OEM) you may not be prompted to activate it via telephone and be fine
using the Internet method. If it is OEM, it cannot be reactivated on any
computer except for the one on which it came preinstalled.
If it is a Students and Teachers Edition, you will need to use the telephone
method.
