Removing front page extensions

Hello

I initially designed a web site with front page extensions which worked well
on the Shaw ISP web server. I changed my ISP but later found that my new
ISP's web server does not support Front page extensions. I then searched how
to disable the extensions in the Front Page program by removing the check
mark in tools>page options>authoring> browse time web components. I still
have a problems with the navigation buttons not showing properly.

Can anyone look at the code on the following web site www.ocamocam.com and
suggest ways to fix the problem?
