rename column labels

I am pretty sure there is a way to change the column
labels, but I can't remember how. For exam, column A I
would like to be Name instead of A. I don't want a
heading, but to change the actual. Label. any ideas?

Hi
no chance to change the column labels. You may use row 1 for this, hide
the column headers and freeze panes
