Reopening mutliple windows

I have OL 2002. I have just migrated to a new PC and installed SP3. Prior to
this OL used to remember the windows I had open when I closed it and re-open
with those same and same layout. This no longer happens. I have tried the
suggestions I have found elsewhere in the newsgroup but without finding an
answer that works. Anyone got any ideas?
