replacement disk

I need to know how to get a copy of office professional
2000 - the disk #1 is cracked. I want to reinstall
outlook and can't. I cannot buy one because of the new
2003 edition. We have a liscence for 18 of our computers
and no way to install it. can anyone tell me where to ask
for help???????

Sounds like you have a volume license - it would be best to contact the rep
who sold the license for replacement media.
