Not sure what you're asking - if you can't find your CD-key for Office, but
Office is still running, try www.magicaljellybean.com and look for
KeyFinder.

By damaged do you mean the sticker for the Product Key got damage and is now
unreadable? If so, call Microsoft for another Product Key. I'm sure
they're require several items or pieces of information to prove you actually
own a legal license for Outlook.
