Replacing fonts

Jeff

I've been given a fairly large Publisher document which my
organisation is about to distribute. It is peppered with far too many
different fonts, and I want to rationalise. Is there a way to
automatically replace every occurrence of a particular font with
another, without going through the document page by page and looking
for every individual occurrence?
Thanks

Jeff,

This all depends on the version of Publisher you are using. If you go to
Tools > Commercial Printing > Fonts, you can subsitute fonts. This command
is only available if the publication uses fonts that are not embedded and
are not installed in the computer's operating system. Click Font
Substitution to choose which fonts to subtitute for any missing fonts.

Otherwise, you would need to use font schemes or styles in the future.
