Hi,
I have created a report formated as a letter. I'm using the detail
name/address info in the letter based off of a query that has duplicates.
Now for the query it is ok as they are trully not duplicates based on
additional detail housed in the table (ssn/account #'s), however I want to
supress the duplicates in my report/letter (names, Address) as I only need
one letter per Name/Address. Any suggestions? Not sure if I should produce
another query that runs off of the 1st query or if there is a way to supress
via the report. FYI, I am pretty new to the stuff so some guidence would be
helpful. Thanks.
