report showing tasks for a certain resource within a date interval

is there any report which shows resource usage for a certain resource
within a certain interval which i can give?

You can use the report "Task Usage" (view-reports-worklaod), where you edit
the report and in the Definition tab choose the filter "Using Resource in
Date Range". You will be able to choose the resource in the list and
afterwards a date range.
You will get the same data in the table as in the Resource Usage, but task
will be on top.
