Reporting error to MS

When my browser crashes I automatically get a pop up that
communicates the error to MS. I know I used to be able to
go to a site see what was wrong with the error I was
having. I forgot how to get there.

Can anyone help?

If there is information on the crash available there wil be a "More
Information" link available in the box that shows the progress bar of
sending the error. This doesn't happen for all errors.
