I am trying to duplicate a Resource Allocation Report that I currently do in
Excel in Project.
I have created 2 tasks “POTENTIAL WORK†and “ACTUAL CONTRACTED WORKâ€. I can
add jobs as sub-tasks and assign resources – great. But when I try to report
on resources I need to report for Actual Contracted Work only and Actual +
Potential work as 2 separate reports.
I can filter for tasks in the Gantt view but that does not reduce the
resource allocations….. If only I could generate a resource report on a per
task basis it would be the perfect system.
