I have just installed Office XP Pro 2003 upgrade. The custom forms I had in
Outlook 2002 are still "there", and can still be accessed, but have nothing
in them except the subject line. Is there something I can do to get the
content of these forms back? Thank you.

Would an MVP please tell me whether there is an answer for this? I have a
lot of these, and I need to know whether I'm going to have to recreate the
contents of all of them. Please help.
