resize a photo...

Can you please tell me how to resize a photo without losing the clarity? When
I try to enlarge my photo I need to add pixels to maintain the clarity of the
image. Unfortantely, I can not figure out how to do this with this picture
software. Is it even possible?

The info isn't there. You can't ADD picture info, you can only "remove"
it. Hence the term LOSSY compression. take a new photo of the desired
object.
