Resizing crop area, can you move individual points?

I have an image that i want to crop but not in a square. I want to be able
to move individual points as well as adding new points to its border to move.
Is this possible?

Select the image, select "Edit Wrap Points" (dog icon) place your cursor
anywhere, click, and a new wrap point will be created.
