I have a task set to 30 days with one person working on it.
When I changed it 60 days it pushed the project out another 30 days expectd.
But when I added another person on it (both at 100%), it didn't change the
days and didn't change the finish date either. What I was doing was -
seeing that it was going to take twice as long as I originally planned so I
put an extra resource on it, assuming that it would put the project back on
track (although it would cost more), timewise. But that isn't what
happened. What did I do wrong?
Thanks,
Tom
