Resource Availability and Leveling

If I have already assigned all the resources to tasks at 100% availability
and then decided that 75% would be better to account for administrative time
and the such, what is the best way to update the project plan with the new
info?

As far as I can tell, I have to go to the resource sheet, update all with
75%, and then manually change all resources in the gantt chart to 75% before
I can try leveling again.

A number of ways. Make all tasks 1/3 longer, or use the resource
allocation diaglogue to reduce their allocation on the project to 75%.

I wouldn't change their availability on the Resource Sheet because they
still have the potential to work up to 100% on any day without becoming
overallocated.

Hi Rob,

Yes, modify the resource sheet
Then in the Gantt Chart
Click the Assign resoruce button on the toolbar
Select all tasks
In the Assign Resources window select resources one by one, each time
replace, sme resource but 75%.
