Resource calender..

I run MSP Pro 2002 and have created a resource list, but not allocated any of
the resource to any tasks as yet. I've set the Nonworking time for each
individual (eg Holidays). What I want to be able to do is to see all the
availability/non availability for each/all individual.

Hello SteveB,

If you add the Remaining Availability field to the timescaled portion
(right side) of the Resource Usage view, you will see the number of
hours per day each resource has available. Show the Resource Usage view
and then choose Format > Detail Styles to display the Detail Styles
dialog box. In the Available fields list select Remaining Availability
and click the Show >> button to add it to the Show these fields list.
