Our regular shifts are 4/8's plus 4 Hrs, 5/8's (40 Hrs), 6/8's (40 Reg Hr./ 8
Hrs. Prem. Time) and 6/10's (8 Hrs. Reg./2 Prem per Day and Prem Hrs for all
of Saturday). We have been entering the premium hrs. manually through the
Window/Split / Resource Work Window under O/T but this has become very labour
intensive as we have as many as 4 - ongoing projects with 150 to 600 men
working any one project. Is there any way to configure MS Project 2003 to
calulate these automatically. We also have 16 different Trades (Resources)
that can all be working on any or most of the time all the projects. We will
still have to enter any "O/T" they work but that would only be 100 - 150
manual enteries per week . . . instead of 1000's.
