Resource Drop Down in Task Info

Hi All,

Unfortunately I entered my resources randomly and they appear in the same
random order in the resource drop list in the 'Task Info' dialogue box (in
GANT view).

Is there anyway to reorder the resources listed in the drop down box?

Bill,
Sure. If I assume you want to sort alphabetically, go to the Resource
Sheet. Then go to Project/Sort/Sort By. Select "Name" as the sort by
criteria and check the option at the bottom to permanently renumber
resources.

If you want to sort by some other criteria, use a spare resource text
field and use that as the sort criteria. But be advised that you must
set the text field on the Resource Sheet.
