I have generic resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool. They are matched
based on skill and location. Project Managers initially allocate generic
resources to tasks and then perform the matching process. The PMs have
situations where they need more than one resource with the same
skills/location; that is for a particular task they need more than one
resource.
Therefore, they want to replace the one Generic Resource with more than one
named resource.
When we perform the 'replace' currently, it has a 1:1 relationship and
therefore it replaces all tasks assigned to the generic with one named
resource (thus overloading the named resource).
Is it possible not to do the blanket "replace"?
