Resource sheet view: available from/to dates

Hi,
I am adding (manually) resources in a resource sheet view.
I have customized the view to display the Available from/to date columns.

In the "Resource Information " dialog, I specify the Available from/to
dates, to reflect resource availability during the project lifecycle.
Resources are not yet assigned to tasks.

When I close the "Resource Information" dialog, the available from/to dates
shown in the "resource sheet" view are different than the one I specified
(most of them are N/A). I noticed that this behavior only happens for
resources that have a "Available from" date greater than today.

If I re-open the "Resource Information" dialog, the from/to dates are
correctly shown.

Am I doing anything wrong?

According to the Help information about the Available From field, "...The
date set for the current period is shown in the Available From field." This
applies to the Available To field as well. Thus, if you have multiple
Available From and Available To periods set up for a resource, the system
will show the values for these fields for only the currently applied period.

I have tested this, and it works correctly. I created a resource and set
the following Availability data in the Resource Information dialog:

Available From Available To Units
01/01/05 05/31/05 100%
06/01/05 10/31/05 50%
11/01/05 NA 25%

According to the Help Information, the Available From field in the Resource
Sheet should show 06/01/05, the Available From field should show 10/31/05,
and the Max. Units field should show 50%. In my test case, these three
values are what I see in the Resource Sheet view. Why? Because today
(10/11/05) falls in the Availability period from 06/01/05 to 10/31/05. Hope
this helps.
