Resource Usage in Server

Ignacio

Hi every one, Ignacio with more questions.
Ok, this is my situation, Rob installed MP2003 in the server & set up it,
how he wanted it to be. He did some project before and I believe that he set
up an enterprise pool with all the Resource work the Co. had at that time;
now I start to work with MP2003, I did some projects in my computer and they
came out very good for my poor experience, then I thought that I was ready to
go in to the server. I did my firth one in the server and it was good until I
change to View Resource Usage, because I used some of the resource work Rob
use in those all projects, now they are in my project and it is ok because I
used but they are showing in this one with the old task belongs to other
projects and the one in my actual project, whish affect my actual project.
Ex. Resource usage view.
*As it have to be now:
Resource Cost
Mikeg $100.00
Align blow pins
$50.00
Check blow pins $50.00

*As it was before
Resource Cost
Mike
$20.00 Clean blow pins $10.00
Paint arm $10.00

And this is how it came out
Resource Cost
-Mike $120.00
Align blow pins $50.00
Check blow pins $50.00
Clean blow pins $10.00
Paint arm $10.00

My question, how can I eliminate those two last tasks from Mike?
Is it has to do some thing with the set up of the server?
I was reading about it
I think that I have to do some thing on resource sharing option, but from my
computer I do no have access to that option, please could you explain to me
what to do.
Thank you, Ignacio

In Project Server 2002 and 2003, when you apply the Resource Usage view, you
see each resource's assignments across all projects in the portfolio. For
each project team member, you will see the individual tasks in any project
you have open, plus a single line representing the tasks in all other
projects in the system. The software is performing as expected. Hope this
helps.
