Resource usage Report displays #########

The resource usage report (view -> reports -> workload -> resource usage)
displays ####### at the top of the column. How do I fix this so that it
displays the value (i.e. 17.03 hrs)?

Do the following:

1. Click View - Reports
2. Double-click the Workload section
3. Select the Resource Usage report and click the Edit button
4. Click the Details tab
5. Click the "Date format" pick list button and select a date format that
is wider than the current format (such as Jan 27, 02 instead of 1/27/02)
6. Click the OK button
7. Double-click the Resource Usage report to print preview it
8. Repeat the preceding steps until you select a date format wide enough to
remove the ###### from the columns

Hope this helps.

Paul,
Try widening the column. Go to View/Reports/Workload/Resource Usage and
hit "edit". Then select the "details" tab and select a Date format that
forces the column width to be wider.

Hope this helps.

Related question - is their a way to define Cost precision to whole dollars
(e.g. instead of $500.00, simply $500). It would save valuable space on a
page.

Click Tools - Options, select the View tab, and set the Decimal Digits value
to 0. You will need to set this value for each project individually. Hope
this helps.
