How can I stop a resource from showing in red font of they are allocated 3 or
more tasks in the same day?

It's not the number of tasks they are assigned to that turns them red,
it's the fact that somewhere they are overallocated.
If you google this group, you'll find the details on what caused
overallocations, besides the obvious, being assigned to more than one
task going on at the same time.

Look at you max units you have on each resource under Resource Sheet. You may
have them set to low.
