Resource VacationView

I have set up a Master Resource Pool. Each resource has the standard
calendar assigned. As they notify the company of upcoming time off I adjust
their individual calendar. My question is; is there a view that I can look
at by day, week, or month which shows who is taking time off? I really don't
want to have to go into each individuals calendar to see it they have
scheduled time off. I am using MS Project 2000. Thank you in advance.

If you know any VBA, I've also created a module that exports that
information to Excel. My module was designed to export one month at a
time and then open an Outlook message with the Excel file attached and
populate all applicable resource addresses to mail the calendar to them
for validation. If you know enough about VB code, you could probably
modify it for your purposes. If you would like the code, please email
